1. How can I protect myself while passing out flyers?
Wash your hands with soap and water or use alcohol-based hand sanitiser before and after passing out flyers.  Avoid touching your face.  Wear nitrile gloves and a face mask, if possible.

2. I am a volunteer. How can I protect myself and the receiver when dropping off items?

3. I am an elderly person. How can I protect myself when collecting items from my doorstep? 

Do not open your door while the volunteer is outside. Wait until they leave. Wash your hands with soap and water
or use alcohol-based hand sanitiser before and after handling delivered items. Disinfected all packaging with an alcohol-based wipe or spray prior to touching the items dropped off.  Wash your hands immediately afterwards.  Avoid touching your face. Regularly disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as doorbell & door handles with a disinfectant or detergent.
